Woman in a grounding yoga pose

Working with the body as an evolving masterpiece.

I am a bodywork practitioner on an ongoing journey to discover how a body relates with itself and the world. I adapt to each individual’s tapestry, whether their concern is physical, emotional, or simply a longing to feel more at ease.

I draw on Meridian Channels, fascial anatomy trains, and Ayurvedic energy cycles. I also use a psychosomatic frame work, meaning that I am looking for emotional correlations to the areas of pain experienced by clients.

The modalities I have studied allow me to meet the body not as something stagnant, but as an undulating, evolving presence in search of balance.
